Pilates and Surfing – a Perfect Match
Surfing may look effortless, but after your first long session in the water, you’ll quickly realize: it’s a full-body workout. That’s exactly where Pilates comes in. Through targeted exercises, you’ll strengthen your deep core muscles, improve body awareness and control, and feel more stable on the board. At the same time, you’ll work on balance, mobility, and flexibility while releasing tension from your surf sessions.
Our Pilates classes take place on the rooftop terrace, where ocean views and golden sunsets turn every session into something special.
The sessions are clearly guided and suitable for all levels – whether you train regularly or are discovering Pilates for the first time on holiday. You’ll move with a strong focus on body awareness and mindful movement.
The Right Surf Class For You
Whether it’s your very first time standing on a board or you already have some surf experience, our coaches will meet you exactly where you are. Having grown up around the beaches of Agadir, they know the local surf spots and conditions inside out.
With years of experience, clear coaching methods, and small group sizes, they’ll support you every step of the way – from beginner sessions to guided surf experiences. That way, you can improve at your own pace and feel confident in the water.
Equipment & Vibes Inclusive
A variety of surfboards, wetsuits, and high-quality Pilates equipment – including mats, Pilates balls, rings, and resistance bands – are always available for you to use. All you need to bring is a love for movement, the ocean, and new experiences.

Your Day at the Surf & Pilates Camp in Morocco
What does a typical day at the Pilates & Surf Camp look like? We’re happy to give you a glimpse so you can already start feeling the holiday vibes. Since surf conditions change from day to day, the exact schedule may vary depending on the waves.
From 8:00 AM – Breakfast with a View
You start the day with delicious Moroccan treats served on our beautiful rooftop terrace. Think muesli, fresh bread, hummus, Amlou, plus tea, coffee, and freshly squeezed juice to give you plenty of energy for the day. From the terrace, you can already catch your first glimpse of the ocean and get excited for an active day ahead.
9:30 AM – Departure to the Surf Spot
We load up the surf shuttle together and head to the “spot of the day.”
10:00 AM – Warm-Up & Technique Training
A few targeted exercises on the beach wake up your body and prepare you for the movements in the water. Then it’s straight into the waves – your surf coach is always just a few meters away to support you whenever needed.
12:30 PM – Lunch Time
Surfing burns through your energy quickly, especially at the beginning. To recharge, you’ll enjoy a fresh beach picnic prepared in the morning by our chefs and packed just the way you like it.
1:30 PM – Guided Free Surf Session
After lunch, you head back into the water for your second surf session of the day. Your surf instructor gives you further tips to help you improve quickly and captures your progress on camera.
4:30 PM – Return to the Riad
In the afternoon, you head back to the riad. There’s plenty of time to relax – by the pool or on one of the terraces, giving your body the rest it deserves.
5:30 PM – Sunset Pilates Session
Three times a week, you roll out your mat just in time for sunset. With ocean views in the background, you strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and release tension from your surf sessions.
7:00 PM – Dinner
Our kitchen team treats you daily to traditional, varied Moroccan dishes. The long communal table is the perfect place to share stories about your progress, your best waves, and even the occasional wipeout – all while watching a stunning sunset and winding down the evening.
